INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT -
RADIO DISTURBANCE CHARACTERISTICS -
LIMITS AND METHODS OF MEASUREMENT

EN 55022 (1998)
EMISSIONS
EN-55024 (1998)
IMMUNITY

Scope

Procedures are given for the measurement of the levels of spurious signals generated by the ITE and limits are specified for the frequency range 9 kHz to 400 GHz for both class A and class B equipment. No measurements need to be performed at frequencies where no limits are specified.
The CISPR publication applies to information technology equipment (ITE) as defined in CSIPR 22.

Harmonized standards prepared by ETSI, which cover the immunity requirements for telecommunications network equipment take precedence over this standard.

Procedures are defined for the measurement of ITE and limits are specified which are developed for ITE and within the frequency range from 0 Hz to 400 GHz.
