Stainless Steel Honeycomb Vents provide maximum durability,
strength, and corrosion resistance. These rugged vent panels
are available with our widest range of available honeycomb
cell size and thickness. See the specification table below.
Standard construction is T-304SS 90° honeycomb bonded
to 6063 T4 aluminum "C" extrusion or 5052 H32 Aluminum
"L" extrusion using Chomerics CHOBond ® 584-29
Silver Epoxy Adhesive (See Figure 2). Stainless Honeycomb
is also available in 30° and 45° configurations. A
matching stainless steel frame can be specified for use in
extreme conditions. Please contact Applications Engineering
for additional gasket, adhesive, or plating options.
