3500 Conductive Fabric Over Foam Gaskets
SOFT-SHIELD®
3500 Series low-closure force EMI gaskets are the newest addition
to the Soft-shield family of products. SS3500 offers a cost
competitive solution for EMI shielding in high volume commercial
electronic applications. Gaskets consist of nickel-plated
nylon wrapped around a urethane foam core. SOFT SHIELD 3500
typically requires less than 1 lb/in (0.175 N/mm) closure
force, making it effective for thin walled plastic enclosures.
