Thermally conductive adhesive tapes bond heat sinks to plastic packages. The double sided adhesive tapes have high thermal conductivity and exceptional bonding properties, eliminating the need for thermal grease and mechanical fasteners.
 
T410 & 411
Range of double-sided adhesive tapes that provides effective thermal interface and heat sink attachment method for plastic component packages.
T411 tape consists of a high bond strength pressure-sensitive adhesive with an expanded aluminum mesh carrier layer.
T410 and T410-R (RoHS compliant version) consist of acrylic PSA loaded with aluminum oxide and coated onto an aluminum foil.
 
T404, 405 & 412
Range of double-sided adhesive tapes that replaces mechanical fasteners for bonding heat sinks to ceramic or metal packages.
T404 feature a polyimide film carrier and provide electrical isolation.
T405 and T405-R (RoHS compliant version) feature an aluminum foil carrier for high thermal conductivity.
T412 feature a titanium diboride-loaded adhesive on an expanded aluminum (mesh) carrier for superior thermal performance.
 
T413 & 414
Ionically clean, they provide effective thermal interface between components, ceramic hybrid circuits, printed circuit boards, flexible circuits, heat spreaders and heat sinks.
T413 tape consists of an acrylic PSA filled with aluminum oxide applied to a fiberglass carrier.
T414 tape consists of a high bond strength PSA loaded with aluminum oxide and coated on Kapton MT thermally conductive polyimide film, for electrical insulation.
